About

The Positive Brain is a blog about the brain, with a penchant for positive psychology and Eastern thought and practice. The Positive Brain has gone through several incarnations in its evolutionary process, starting under the banner of Love-Revolution, followed by WarmGlow, before finally settling into its current branding niche.

The Positive Brain is a fundamentally optimistic blog, rooted in the assumption that self-knowledge is inherently empowering to progress. Ultimately, by understanding our own internal mechanisms of mind and emotion, the burgeoning paradigms about the human brain will contribute to an organically emergent, rich philosophical context for positive human interactions.

I like your ideas on love and how we can utilize compassion to change the world around us as we change ourselves within.

Being in the non-profit sector – working with foster children and other disadvantaged youth – I am interested in ways to engage and empower these young people with love, hope, light and direction in a world that seldom offers them any of the above.

Thank you for sharing the Love-Revolution – I am excited to see where this goes and who it reaches!

“all the world is a stage and the men and women merly players.” (shakespeare)
let the heart be your guide
develop your soul
have expierences that will change your outlook but stand true to your perspective of the world. not a single soul has it.
love the world; you won’t see anything quite so miraculous.
think outside the box
make every disadvantaage an advantage.
sleep often
loan your breath.
look inside you and be strong and you’ll finally see the truth that a hero lies in you.
create beauty
love yourself and everyone else who needs a hug/wink/smile.
spend time with a dog.
open your heart; it will get hurt but will come back all th stronger.
live up. . . . . . and love!
